Wine & Chocolate (Valentine's Class + Dinner)

There's nothing more romantic than great wine and super chocolate. You'll taste classic European and South American chocolates with romantic wines like St.-Amour. This class will teach you the origins of each product and how they are made into multiple taste styles.
We’ll compare the characteristics that both wine and chocolate share and then taste multiple combinations. Along the way, we will show you which chocolates best accompany a specific type of wine and vice versa.
