Completed in 1922 "The Balmoral" was originally constructed as the Executive Office Building for the American Woolen Mills. The Complete project, the creation of "Shawsheen Village", was a massive undertaking which progressed under the constant supervision of William Madison Wood President and visionary. “The Balmoral" in its uniqueness, stands proudly today as the grand cornerstone of this beautiful community!
