Appreciating Nature is a way for us to enhance our powers of observation, our joy and wonder with being present in nature and our artistic eye for the natural world. You will share in activities that enable you to observe more effectively, to experience the exceptional beauty that is all around you and to deepen your connection with the natural world. The program starts with exercises focused on observing the natural world and finishes with exercises that help us express our connection to nature. Please bring a water bottle and something to sit on the ground. Chris Stix, has an environmental degree from the University of Wisconsin.
