Birding Newburyport and Vicinity

Bird-A-Thon is a 24-hour birding event to introduce people to the pleasures of birding as well as improve the skills of those already involved. It is also a major fund raising event to support Habitat and Mass Audubon. You can make a donation, join a team and ask your family and friends to support your efforts, or participate in the program described below. Sites include Plum Island, the inner harbor of Newburyport, Joppa Flats, and several other nearby sites depending on conditions. Registration is required. Call (617) 489-5050 for details.
