The Simmons Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization is thrilled to present Empowerment Day, an inspiring and informative program that invites you to reclaim, restore and rejoice in your feminine power. This event will bring together women of all generations and backgrounds in the Boston area to redefine fitness, beauty and power.
 
Sierra Bender, an internationally acclaimed women’s advocate, author of the one of a kind book, Goddess to the Core®, and creator of the Sierra Bender Empowerment Method (SBEM), will host Empowerment Day. Sierra will lead the workshop to teach a variety of activities that promote and teach leadership, self-confidence and strength. The Sierra Bender Empowerment Method has been found to increase self-esteem, power, and community activism for women participants of Sierra Bender’s workshops.
 
Women in attendance will learn the tools needed to increase vitality, halt the aging process, rejuvenate the body, clear the mind, release pent-up emotions, energize the spirit, enhance physical fitness and embody radiant beauty with a process that leads clients to enlightenment, integration and wholeness.
 
What to Bring:
This is an active workshop so please dress in comfortable clothes. Please bring a pillow and/or yoga mat and water bottle. Lunch will be served at the event.

8 am - 8:15 am: Arrival of Participants
8:15 am - Welcome & Survey 
9 am – 12:30 pm: Workshop
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm:  Lunch on Campus
1:30 pm – 4:30 pm: Workshop
4:30 pm: Concluding Remarks & Survey
5 pm: Conclusion of Program
5:15 - 6 pm: Book Signing
 
Parking 
There is no parking on the Simmons College Campus. All participants will be encouraged to take public transportation or to park in the public parking garages in The Fenway or MFA.
