Empty Bowls (Beginning - Advanced)
Tuesdays, 2:00 –5:00 pm, February 7 – March 27, (8 weeks)
Instructor: Arlynn Nobel
Explore the bowl form both on and off the wheel. Basic throwing techniques and hand building skills will be covered, along with glazing preferences focusing on the bowl form. Students will make vessels for both personal use and the program’s upcoming fundraiser, “Empty Bowls,” an international grassroots effort to fight hunger.
