Rose F. Kennedy Greenway Walking Food Tour (Food Trucks & Celebrity Chefs' Restaurants)

Boston Foodie Tours conducts food tours throughout the various neighborhoods of Boston, as well as its surrounding communities.
Boston's newest attraction, The Rose F. Kennedy Greenway, recently celebrated its one-year anniversary. The one mile stretch of land, with its open spaces, contemporary art, fairs, festivals, farmers' market and five parks, is popular with tourists and locals alike.
The Greenway is also the home of several of the city's best street eats, including Cooking Channel-featured food carts and food trucks. In addition, it's where you'll find the restaurants of celebrity chefs, at least two of whom you may recognize. He has blue hair, and is a fave of Hell's Kitchen's Gordon Ramsey. He was also just crowned Boston's "hottest" chef by Eater. She appeared on Bravo's Master Chefs last year. Oh, yeah, and won a James Beard Award.
On this tour we'll sample VERY frosty milkshakes. You'll need to watch out for the liquid nitrogen tank, though. That thing could hurt you! Oh, and don't be surprised if Chef throws in some cereal, doughnuts, cheesecake, or even French Toast! He likes to do that. We'll also visit an Eat Street-featured food truck, as well as our favorite subway finds, one of which just released its third cookbook. After enjoying a some oh, so good bar food, and one of Boston's best lobster rolls, we'll end our tour with dessert at the home of the "Best of Boston" creme brulee, which, by the way, is also the home of thousands of bees! Honey sampling, anyone?
