In September 2011, Mass Audubon released the State of the Birds report, a comprehensive overview of all of Massachusetts’ breeding and wintering bird species. The report is based on several science-based surveys and captures the stories of increasing and decreasing birds species. Join Wayne Petersen, Director, Massachusetts Important Bird Area Program, in discussing the findings of this report, how the state’s bird conservation strategy should go forward and what you can do to help birds.
