Sweet and Sappy - Maple Sugaring

How is syrup made? Do all trees have sap? Does taking sap from a tree hurt it? Learn the answers to these questions and more as we make maple syrup from trees right here on site. We will learn all about maple trees, how to tell them apart and why these trees are great to have around. Together we will tap a tree to collect some sap and create our own syrup for a sweet treat.
