Startup Legal Workshop "Unplugged"

Join David Capillo, from Goodwin Proctor as he takes you through a meeting with a real startup team. He will conduct an actual "first meeting" with this team, taking them through all the questions he asks client companies. This promises to be a fun and lively session, with much time reserved for Q&A David will also introduce the Founder's Workbench - a free website to assist companies with it's legal formation You will leave with all the tools you need to know to start your company.
