Boston International Ballet Competition

Second edition of the Boston International Ballet Competition, open to selected dance students and young professionals from around the world, between the ages of 13 and 25. In 2011, nearly 100 dancers, from 25 countries, came to Boston to compete for company contracts, scholarships, monetary rewards and more. A panel of dance personalities, headed by Mikko Nissinen, Artistic Director of Boston Ballet, will judge the competitors. Closing Gala performance will present the winners and Ballet stars.
