The Body Center is a fully equipped studio offering Pilates training in the STOTT method as well as TRX Suspension Training.
We offer a full range of training packages on the Pilates equipment as well as a full weekly schedule of mat classes, and TRX Suspension group classes in our warm, loft-like studio in Brookline Village.
At The Body Center we believe in Pilates not as a popular exercise type but as a way to become stronger in both mind and body, become more flexible and balanced, and overcome muscular and postural challenges making us more fit and functional in our every day lives.
Each session enables clients to discover, master and apply the stabilizing Pilates principles to mat and equipment exercises and, more importantly, to everyday activities so they can build and maintain a healthy body.
