Though on the surface, Harriet Jacobs, a former slave; Mary Felton, daughter of a college president; and Emily Parsons, beloved child of a Harvard professor, may not appear to have much in common, all three were passionate advocates for the disadvantaged and the disenfranchised both during and after the War. Join Dee Morris in Story Chapel for an exploration of the unique public and personal journeys of these three Victorian women, all now buried at Mount Auburn.
