Color Concept Intensive

A hands-on exploration of color schemes, color palettes, and mixing and application techniques. You will make your own color wheel and learn how to use it to improve your work. By looking at reproductions of artwork by known artists, you'll learn from the deliberate color choices they made. Class will cover concepts such as complementary colors, analogous colors, and triads. You will mix your own colors, and explore several types of media and degrees of transparency.
