The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University reveals the paintings of regionally-renowned artist Ronald Walsh (1932-1997) in the exhibit “Ronald Walsh: A Painter Rediscovered.”
Best known in the Boston area for his successful commercial art career in advertising design at Fannell Studio on Newbury Street, Walsh was also a gifted painter, whose works - painted from 1952 to 1962 - reflect the experimentation occurring at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in the 1950s.
