Artists of the Month

Maureen Costigan and Peter Zimmerman are the Artists of the Month at Sign of the Dove in Cambridge. Costigan makes colorful ethnic-inspired clothing, including elegant hats and mittens lined with luxurious faux fur. Zimmerman uses sticks of glass and a gas-powered torch to make earrings and necklaces that catch the light. He also creates little glass figures such as flying pigs wearing goggles and tiny penguins and blows glass to make frilly bowls and small sculptures.
