Rodrigo has been a professional dancer and instructor for 11 years. He has been performing and teaching since 2005 in several dance styles such as Salsa, Zouk and Samba de Gafieira across Brazil and abroad. He and his partner Karina own a dance company called Club Latino in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Rodrigo with his partner Karina was awarded "Open Salsa Brazil" national champions in 2005, being the first couple to represent the country in a world championship of its kind in San Juan Puerto Rico (2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009).
