Pysanky Ukrainian Easter Egg Decorating Workshop

Just in time for Easter, explore the art, symbolism and joy in creating pysanky. Pysanky are Ukrainian Easter Eggs, decorated using beeswax and dyes that are applied in layers. No experience is necessary; all materials will be provided. (Please bring your own apron.) Each participant will create a unique and beautiful egg in this hands-on workshop. Class is open to adults and children ages 12 and up; ages 12 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Advance registration required.
