Balance Studio

Balance Studio is an integrated classical Pilates and Yoga studio boasting the most highly trained and energetic Pilates and yoga teachers on the South Shore. We are located in the heart of beautiful Cohasset Village. We are a green studio featuring Peak Pilates classical tower reformers, chairs and barrel equipment. Our facility offers an airy and sunny equipment studio and a state of the art mat studio featuring hot vinyasa flow yoga, Hatha yoga, classical Pilates mat classes and Balanced Barre classes. We also offer a full range of yoga and pilates programs for children starting at age 4 through the teen years.
