Health Quarters’ third annual fund-raiser, Celebrating Remarkable Women, Thursday, May 7, 2009, 5:30 pm, Georgetown Club, Georgetown. Featuring silent and live auction, Red Sox ticket raffle, light supper, and program with Paula Jerome, founding president of the Women’s Fund of Essex County; Judith Nies, a noted author, teacher, and activist; and Congresswoman Niki Tsongas. Tickets are $40, $75 for couples. Health Quarters is a non-profit provider of reproductive health care and education services.
