Helping Children Cope with a Loved One's Cancer

Thursday, Mar 1 4:30p to 6:30p
at Hingham Public Library, Hingham, MA
Price: FREE
Phone: (781) 624-8919
Age Suitability: Kids and up

A diagnosis of cancer in the family affects everyone. Children whose loved ones face this illness need help expressing their feelings. And their caregivers need guidance, too. HCC is a fun, free, small group program that engages both adults and children (aged 4-10) in a 2-hour art/story session. Families take home helpful materials so they can continue supportive conversations at home.
