We'll head out looking for signs of spring in the bird world - early migrants taking advantage of budding trees, ducks feeding in temporary wetlands, and residents singing vibrantly as they set up nesting territories. This trip pairs nicely with the Making the Most of Your Field Guide lecture (Wednesday, March 21) and is a great way to get ready for the excitement of migration. Transportation provided from Drumlin Farm Education parking lot. Registration is required. Call (781) 259-2206 for details. See http://www.massaudubon.org/catalog/listing.php?program_code=1840-DFP12WI1 for more information.
