The Foundation for Wellness Professionals, a 17 year-old, worldwide non-profit organization that promotes wellness and disease prevention programs, presents a free community workshop on Brain Mapping and Drug Free Approaches to ADD, Autism, and Other Special Needs.
Dr. Ross is a Licensed Psychologist with extensive experience in biofeedback treatment, cognitive and behavioral therapy, and behavioral medicine. She received training in EEG assessment from Dr. K.H. Wong, of Children's Hospital Medical Center Boston and has an extensive background in the treatment of individuals with neuropsychiatric and neurobehavioral challenges.
Research has uncovered a brain mapping technique that allows the identification and treatment of educational and behavioral difficulties when nearly every other technique has failed. This is a research based, pain and drug free procedure that pinpoints discordant rhythms in the brain. Once identified, these discordant rhythms can be improved with biofeedback applications. Biofeedback improves the imbalance and promotes healthy brain function. The result is a reduction or even elimination of symptoms.
