Merrimack NH Town Center

Prior to the 10AM opening of the business exhibits and entertainment, the days festivities will be kicked off at 8AM with Erica’s 5K/Run Walk, which is held in memory of Erica Nicole Pombrio and all our loved ones lost to cancer.
Over 150 Merrimack businesses, organizations and crafters will be on hand to show citizens from all over New Hampshire what Merrimack has to offer as they sell their goods and demonstrate their products, and of course food will be available from many Merrimack restaurants. There will be a live music extravaganza headlined by the Curly Jones Band outside at the Mastricola School, a Pep Rally, a softball game at the American Legion Field pitting the Merrimack Police against the Mastricola teachers, K9 demonstrations, Robotic demonstrations, Fire department demonstrations, Face painting, Taser demonstrations and Model rocket launches. Bernie del Llano of Perfect Entertainment who will also be overseeing Karaoke throughout the day will host this year’s event.
The Festival will have a decidedly Boston Red Sox flavor to it as not only will Red Sox Mascot Wally the Green Monster be returning again this year but Wally will be joined by the 2004 and 2007 World Series Championship trophies. Fans are encouraged to bring their cameras and under supervision of the Festival Staff have their pictures taken with Wally and/or the Championship Trophies.
There are plenty of other reasons to bring cameras, as an Anheuser Bush Clydesdale will be present, as will a petting zoo and a state police Black Hawk helicopter.
