Finding Your Focus: Developing a Writing Specialty

Are you a writer — even a beginner — with a background or strong interest in a particular subject area? For instance, do you know a lot about fitness, travel, food, or a specific business? If so, you may find many specialty markets eager to publish your nonfiction work (such as articles and blog posts). Explore ways to develop a writing specialty and discuss where and how to market your ideas. Writers of all levels are welcome to attend, but please note the emphasis is on nonfiction work.
