In this fun class for beginners, you'll learn the right way to decorate cakes, step by step. Class covers how to bake a great cake; make and color icing; and level, tort, fill, and frost a cake without crumbs. You'll learn decorating techniques including starts, shaggy mums, rosettes, shells, drop flowers, dimensional decorating, the lovely ribbon rose, and more.
