Italian Wine and Pasta

Join us for an evening of authentic Italian pasta dishes and wonderful Italian wines. We'll start the meal with tortellini and sage butter served with an Orvieto white wine. There will be three more pastas served with zucchini salad and regional red wines, including those from Tuscany and Piedmont. This is not a hands-on cooking class; it's a wine tasting and meal with some demonstration of how to prepare the delicious dishes you'll enjoy.
