Making Yogurt

Why buy yogurt when you can make your own? Learn how easy and satisfying it is to prepare fresh yogurt at home. The class will be a combination of demonstration and hands-on, and will meet in two parts: a three-hour meeting on Saturday to prepare the yogurt, and a one-hour class on Sunday to pick up (and taste) your yogurt after it's done incubating. You'll create plain yogurt, either whole-milk or non-fat.
