Join us at Memorial School from 8 AM to 11 AM for yummy pancakes with our own maple syrup, live music, an agricultural and nonprofit fair, and a raffle. After breakfast, head across the road to take a maple sugaring tour, learn about Native American and Colonial sugaring techniques, and experience how NCOF boils sap into syrup in its wood-fired evaporator. Hot lunch and bottles of maple syrup will be available for purchase at the Farm. This event will be held rain or shine. Tours run from 9 AM to 3 PM.
