Jessica Locke went to NYC to volunteer at a Ground Zero firehouse after 9/11 "for just a day". Her acceptance by the battle-hardened firefighters is a heartwarming tribute to how giving to others can become the ultimate experience of receiving.Inspired by the courageous firefighters of FDNY Engine 32, she adopted the firehouse and changed the direction of her life. She is the author of a book, Rescue at Engine 32 and she is the Executive Director of the Jessica Locke Firefighters Fund.
