The Nashoba Conservation Trust is a non profit land trust based in Pepperell Ma. NCT was established in 1969. We currently are stewards for over 360 acres of land. About 260 acres have been donated and the remaining 100 acres are conservation easements. A conservation easement is a tool that allows land owners to protect their land and identify the appropriate future uses of it.
We work with local schools, land owners, the Nashua River Watershed, Townsend Land Trust, DEM, Pepperell Conservation Commission and other land trusts to protect and promote land conservation.
