From the North (Boston):

Take Rte. 93 South (Southeast Expressway) to Rte. 3 South
Take exit 18, stay to the right which is the Quincy Adams T-Station (do NOT get back on the Expressway)
Take a left at the first set of lights and bear left into "Crown Colony"
The building is the third building on the left

From the South (Rte. 495 and 24):

Take Rte. 495 North to Rte. 24 North
Follow Rte. 24 North to the Rte. 128 split
At the split, stay to the right onto Rte. 128 to Rte. 3 South
Take exit 19-18, which is the Quincy AdamsT-Station Exit 19
Take a left at the first set of lights and bear left at the second set of lights which brings you into "Crown Colony"
