Path to Euphoria is an in-home yoga studio offering semi-private classes located in a residential neighborhood of Rockland, MA. Our goal is to provide a comfortable setting for the calming practice of yoga for everyone at all fitness levels. The focus is on a traditional practice, using breath and movement to kindle your internal fire. What sets us apart from other studios is our small class size. This allows for more personal attention and allows the class to be tailored to the specific needs of the practitioner with a strong focus on proper alignment and breathing techniques.
Classes are led by certified yoga teacher, Nicole McCarthy. Nicole is dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle, incorporating yoga into everyday life. She invites you to join her on the mat as you travel your own path.
