Homeschool-Changes in Nature/Spring Freshet and Mud!

Our Winter-Spring 2012 Homeschool class will focus on the many changes that occur during the mid-winter months on through spring. We will enjoy the new-fallen snow of January and observe animal tracks, watch the buds swell in February and gain first-hand experience with maple sugaring, use our senses to explore amphibian acitivity during the warmer and brighter days of March, search for wildflowers and returning bird migrants in April, and investigate Moose Hill's vernal pools in May for signs of life.
