At Zoll Cellars you can make wine as a group in our Winemakers Harvest Crush Courses, try to craft your own Private Vintage Wine blend to suit your wine style, or come to our many themed class pairings.

Frank Zoll, winemaker, will guide you throughout the process of wine making from crush to bottling. We select our fruit from many quality vineyards and wineries locally within New England.

Private Vintage Winemaking is for wine enthusiasts who want to fill a whole barrel of wine with a private blend suited to your taste. As the winemaker you will decide how this blend will taste, what character your wine will have and how it will be fermented and finally aged. Gather a small group of friends and family together for private wine instruction and tastings paired with culinary delights. Fill a half or full barrel of wine in fall and bottle in spring with private labels to enjoy for years to come.

Winemaker Harvest Crush Courses are group instruction with a small class format of winemaking instruction and themed pairings throughout the spring and the fall.
