From start to yummy finish, sit back, relax and watch while we demonstrate the journey taken to create an exceptional bonbon. We'll discuss choosing chocolate, putting together flavors and the finishing touches that will make it special, all while demonstrating making a ganache, framing, cutting and dipping. You’ll also be taste-testers and flavor detectives while sampling an assortment of fresh chocolates and confections.
