The Somerville Garden Clubs hold its popular yearly Perennial and House Plant Sale this Saturday, Sept 19. Rain or shine, gardeners will find perennials, trees, shrubs, and houseplants. This is an opportunity to obtain plants tested in local gardens at reasonable prices. Asian lilies, lamium, sedum Autumn Joy, ajuga, white bearded iris, False Dragonhead, and many varieties of hostas, daylilies and others will be available.
Each plant is labeled with care instructions, including light and soil requirements.
A Horticultural Information table, staffed by SGC’s expert gardeners, is available throughout the day.
