WGST Lecture: Alondra Nelson

Alondra Nelson teaches sociology and gender studies at Columbia University. She taught previously at Yale University, where she received the Poorvu Family Award for teaching excellence. Her book Body and Soul: The Black Panther Party and the Fight Against Medical Discrimination was published in Fall 2011.
