Film screening and discussion with the director of "*Journals of Musan*,"
a South Korean independent film about a North Korean refugee's struggle to
assimilate into society.
This film sheds light on the complexities of refugee assimilation and
challenges the misconceived notion that North Koreans can easily integrate
into South Korean society because they share the same ethnicity.
