ExhibitSmart 2009 to showcase latest in cost effective exhibit systems and services

ExhibitSense, a full service custom portable and modular exhibit company specializing in providing cost effective, creative, high impact, visual marketing solutions and services is sponsoring “ExhibitSmart 2009” at their showroom at 180 Turnpike Road, (Route 9 East), Westborough, MA. The event will be held on August 13, 14, and 17, 18 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm each day.
“ExhibitSmart 2009” will focus on cost effective exhibiting through unique service programs and lightweight, multi-use, reconfigurable exhibit solutions including the new Lite Exhibit system from Protean and the new Foundations system from Nomadic Display. Both systems stand out through their cutting edge appearance, versatility, and operational cost effectiveness. Additionally, a full range of ExhibitSense products used primarily for trade shows, events, recruiting and presentations will be on display. Information regarding services such as exhibit rentals, graphic design, exhibit storage, shipping, installation and dismantle will also be available.
ExhibitSense owner and founder Tom Potosnak has almost 20 years of exhibit industry experience and started the business in 2005 with the vision of serving companies in the fast growing Central Massachusetts, Metro-West, and I-495 belt area and beyond with the most creative and cost effective exhibits, graphics, and service solutions possible.
According to Potosnak, “The vast majority of exhibits at a trade show are between 100 to 400 sq ft. At one end of the spectrum there are low price, low quality exhibits available with little or no ongoing service available to the client. At the other end there are large custom exhibit providers that build nice displays, but operational costs are often prohibitive. Our objective is to bridge the gap and provide high quality, reconfigurable, multi-use exhibits and graphics that look great and are very cost effective when it comes to shipping, set up, storage etc.”
Tom has partnered with the very best exhibit professionals, designers, manufacturers and service providers, and focused completely on best serving the needs of his clients. “We focus on doing what we do best and partner with others (some of whom will be at ExhibitSmart 2009) who excel in their particular area of expertise,” stated Potosnak. “It lies at the core of where the name ExhibitSense came from. All attendees will receive a free copy of “Event Professional”, the interactive exhibit management tool that helps with each step of the exhibiting process and are eligible to enter a drawing for a free 10’ x 10’ pop-up display or a free 10’ x 10’ Lite exhibit rental (one show).
