A Chorus Line

Originally opening off Broadway at The Public Theater’s Newman Theatre in 1975, A Chorus Line was so successful that it quickly transferred to Broadway’s Shubert Theatre. It was at the Shubert where A Chorus Line made Broadway history during it’s almost 15 year run, winning nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, as well as the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. With over 6,000 performances under its top hat, A Chorus Line closed on April 28, 1990.

“We have some amazing productions this Broadway season;” says Troy Siebels, Executive Director of The Hanover Theatre. “We’re bringing a great mix of shows in this series with some great new productions, and classic Broadway like A Chorus Line.”

A Chorus Line reclaimed its place in the heart of Broadway at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre where it opened to rave reviews on October 5, 2006. A Chorus Line is directed by its original Tony Award winning co-choreographer Bob Avian and is produced by John F. Breglio for Vienna Waits Productions, with music by Marvin Hamlisch and lyrics by Edward Kleban. This multi-award winner is a timeless classic sure to thrill the whole family with its current national tour.

Full price tickets are $37, $47, $57, and $67, depending on the seating location. Member ticket prices are $34, $44, $53, $62, depending on seating location. 10% discount available for members, groups of 15 or more, corporate partners, kids, students, and WOO card holders. 15% discount available for groups of 50 or more.
