Introduction to Woodturning - Part II

This introduction to woodturning equipment, tools and technique is designed for the first timer through novice wood turner. Safety, proper equipment and tool use and the selection and mounting of material will be covered in depth. Students will learn basic turning through a "hands on" approach by first watching a demonstration and then completing it themselves. Students can expect to take home a completed project based on the increasing skill level of the current lesson.
